DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS or USPS Express Service. We ship to over 40 countries. We cannot deliver to P.O. PACKAGE TRACKING
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

DELIVERY INSURANCE
The bestofMarley.com packages are secured directly by the shippers.

SALES TAX
The BestofMarley.com has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties, and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at the time of delivery. The bestofMarley.com may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS
All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
